Video: 5 Emotions

Here's a lovely video about emotions, with a reminder that feelings are natural. It's based on "Conversations with God," so the "logic" of this video is not based on current research, it comes from a more "spiritual" approach, e.g., "the highest emotion is love" -- which is more of a pop-psych way of thinking of emotions (emotions researchers don't generally call "love" an emotion at all, it's a feeling...)

But that said, this is a very attractive video and I'm on board with the main point! Thanks to Arati for sharing this on Facebook.

I could see using this to start a discussion about emotional literacy -- for an audience that's open and interested.
