Guide for Certified SEI EQ Assessors

This guide is intended for Certified SEI EQ Assessors as they prepare to debrief a SEI Leadership or Development Report. It provides a definition of each scale and some ideas of what low and high scores may signify as well as important background info about the tool, the debrief process, and expectations of SEI EQ Assessors.
